✨ Relaxed Sessions – Sessions take place in my studio in Preston and usually last 2–3 hours, giving plenty of time for feeding, cuddles and settling, as well as capturing a beautiful variety of images.
✨ Baby Only or Family Too – Your session can focus purely on your newborn, or we can also include portraits with parents, siblings, and family.
✨ Comfortable Studio – My studio is designed with both you and your baby in mind. You’ll find a fully stocked changing unit, comfy seating, plus water and biscuits so you can relax while I work.
✨ Safety First – I am fully insured and have trained with some of the UK’s top newborn photographers in safe handling and posing, so you can be sure your baby is always in safe hands.
✨ Beautiful Styling – I have a wide range of backdrops, outfits, wraps, headbands and props to choose from. Ahead of your session we’ll discuss colours and styling to ensure your gallery is personal to you and something you’ll love forever.
When to Book a Newborn Session?
The best time to photograph newborns is when they are under 3 weeks old, while they are still very sleepy and curled up. However, I also welcome babies up to 6 weeks old, and we can still create a gorgeous gallery.
It’s best to book during pregnancy to secure your date. As soon as possible after your 20 week scan. Once your baby arrives, we’ll confirm the exact session time. If your little one makes an early or late arrival (as they often do!), we’ll simply adjust your booking.
